Grapes were harvested early in the morning and fermented in tank for 10 days. Gentle pump overs during fermentation delivers a wine with soft tannins ready to drink. After fermentation the wine was matured on French Oak staves for 11 months.
Soft plum, raspberry and dark berry fruit flavours are complemented by a ripe fruity finish. Enjoy this wine with rich hearty stews, grilled leg of lamb or barbequed meats..
